Why this Day?
At ROMYNOX, we do certain things a little differently. For example, we have never worked with external sales representatives or traditional “road sales.” Quite simply, we don’t believe in that approach. Instead, we use more efficient and direct channels to communicate with our customers, such as email, phone, and our interactive website. And if someone does visit a customer in person, it’s always the same person they have already spoken with by email or phone. This consistency helps us avoid miscommunication and build stronger, more reliable relationships.
Days like HCCD are a valuable extension of this approach. On such a day, we bring together a group of customers, experts, and suppliers with a clear focus on a single topic. Of course, it requires time and planning, but compared to numerous individual customer visits, an event like this is far more efficient and effective. Our goal is to organize these knowledge-sharing days about twice a year.
What matters most is that our customers learn from each other, share insights, and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to experienced engineers and advisors. In the end, we stay true to one guiding principle:
